JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Missouri Public Service Commission has approved a request from Ameren Missouri that will help customers.
This request allows the electric company to drop late payments and reconnection fees to ease some of the financial hardships on its customers caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
Ameren Missouri said this request will be in effect until the pandemic outbreak decreases and will provide at least a 15-day notice to customers before these fees are reinstated.
